1.1 CLASSTO is an online store selling apparel and lifestyle products through print-on-demand fulfillment.

1.2 By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

1.3 We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products

2.1 All products displayed on our website are print-on-demand. Each item is manufactured and printed only after an order is placed.

2.2 We make every effort to display product colors, prints, and sizing as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen displays and printing processes.

2.3 Product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 We accept payments via Prepaid (UPI, cards, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.

3.2 An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received (for prepaid orders) or the order is placed successfully (for COD orders).

3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of stock.

3.4 For COD orders, customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery and to be reachable on the contact number provided during checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation.

4.2 Estimated delivery timelines are [3–8] business days, depending on the customer's location and courier serviceability.

4.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4.4 If a pin code becomes unserviceable after an order is placed, we shall not be held responsible for any resulting delivery failure or Return to Origin (RTO), and no refund will be processed in such cases.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All designs, logos, images, and content on this website are the property of CLASSTO and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 CLASSTO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

8. Governing Law
